We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. The stated delivery charge does not apply to the Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Orkney, Shetland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, BFPO addresses, the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland; for delivery to these areas or any other area outside of mainland UK please contact us for delivery charge.

Delivery will be approximately 3 working day unless local delivery is selected in which case delivery will be on the next available date for your area. If you have ordered any products marked as out of stock then your delivery may be delayed. We make every effort to deliver within the estimated time scale, unfortunately delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Blendbetter Pet Foods shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver goods within the estimated time scale.
Risk of loss or damage of goods passes to you on the date that the goods are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery.
We will replace any item that is defective or damaged. To return damaged or defective items you must contact Blendbetter Pet Foods within 24 hours of delivery to obtain authorisation to return goods. A refund or exchange will be offered upon our receipt of returned goods.
We will refund goods that you have ordered in error (Handling charge of £6 applies). To return goods that you have ordered in error you must contact Blendbetter Pet Foods within 24 hours of delivery to obtain authorisation to return the goods. A refund for returned goods will be issued, minus £6 handling fee, upon receipt of goods in an unopened, saleable condition.
If you choose to return goods that you have ordered in error you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges that may be incurred in returning goods in a saleable condition.
